Chia Breakfast Bowls


Ingredients

1 cup milk

1 ripe banana

1 Tbsp almond butter

1 tsp honey / maple syrup

½ cup frozen blueberries

5 Tbsp chia seeds

Directions

  1. Place milk, fruit and almond butter in blender until smooth and creamy
  2. Pour into glass and stir in the chia seeds to combine.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
