Use any combination of seasonal fruit; I often use apples (approx 6) ,and combine with some feijoa or berries.
Peaches / apricots / plums can also be used.
Topping
1 cup almonds
1 ½ cup oats
3 heaped Tbsp coconut oil
1/3 mug maple syrup
1-2 tsp cinnamon
