A Health Coach guides and supports you to achieve positive and sustainable changes to improve your health. 

As your Health Coach, I will work alongside you to explore and discover what truly works for you. One-step-at-a-time you will make important changes to improve your diet, fitness, sleep and life balance. When you make space for wellness: magic happens! 

 

Together we will:

  • Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be
  • Discover your body’s unique needs and the things that truly nourish you
  • Explore what balance looks like for you
  • Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change

What You Will Get:

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month
  • Email support between sessions
  • Simple healthy recipes
  • Handouts specific to your needs and goals
  • Free invitations to local workshops / events
