Tekapo Wellness Retreats are accommodation inclusive packages. We host our retreats at a number of quality venues throughout the Mackenzie to provide a range of experiences at a price that is affordable for you. We have chosen options that are spacious and comfortable, allowing you to enjoy time relaxing indoors or exploring outdoors in the beautiful gardens and surrounding areas.
Each Tekapo Wellness Retreat is designed around the theme of the weekend and the goals of the participants. Penny makes contact with all guests prior to the retreat to understand more about your expectations and goals for the weekend ahead. All activities are optional; if you would rather a sleep in than do a morning yoga class that is fine. We endeavor to meet all dietary needs and preferences for our guests. We source local and organic food where possible and prepare and cook on site during the weekend. Programs are designed around the Retreat theme and the facilitators involved.
