With a unique combination of wellness reflections, mindfulness, affirmations and yoga asana; it is designed to encourage and inspire you to be healthful, balanced, and fully ‘alive’.

 

Yogawell classes are a gentle introduction to yoga asana (postures, poses, stretches) that will help you to move your body in line with your breath. The classes are available to all levels of experience and are a great way to learn more about the benefits of the different movements or sequences. Each class begins with a reflection and/or discussion on the wellness theme for the week, and a chance for you to refocus your intention or goals for the week ahead. Each term offers fresh ideas and practical tips for making positive changes for your health with the support and encouragement of others.
